Information about personal data for Guests of Sienkiewiczówka Residence Art Villa

A controller of Guests’ personal data is Impol Invest Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Conrada 51, 31-357 Kraków, entered in the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000678250.

Each Guest can contact the Data Protection Inspector by e-mail at rodo.zakopane@impolinvest.pl and by mail at the correspondence address of the Residence.

The Sienkiewiczówka Residence processes personal data to enter into and perform hotel service agreements. In addition, the Residence processes personal data to:

1. make claims, if any, connected with damages caused by the Guest or defend against claims filed by the Guest against the Sienkiewiczówka Residence/Olga Villa/Art Villa;
2. document service performance for tax purposes;
3. provide top service quality to our Guests.

Based on the Guest’s prior consent to personal data processing for marketing purposes, the Hotel can process the personal data for such a purpose to send marketing information and offers concerning the Hotel’s products and services to the Guest.

In addition, we process the Guests’ hotel data collected by the monitoring system in order to ensure the safety of our Guests and other persons staying in the area of our premises.

The Guest’s personal data received by Impol Invest is processed on the basis of the hotel service agreement.

We process the Guest’s personal data for marketing purposes on the basis of the Guest’s consent. Let us inform you that the consent can be withdrawn any time. The withdrawal is without prejudice to the validity of data processing before the withdrawal.

We process the Guest’s personal data by the use of our monitoring system to protect vital interests of the Guest and other natural persons, as well as the controller’s legitimate interest.

We process the Guest’s personal data to provide top service quality on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest. 

The Hotel transmits personal data to the following categories of entities:

1. Companies providing IT support services and software;
2. Companies providing book-keeping services;
3. Transport, taxi companies based on the Guest’s order;
4. Law firms providing legal advice and representing the Hotel at courts.

Personal data:

1. received in connection with the hotel service agreement will be processed for the limitation period applicable to tax or civil legal claims of the Company or Guest, whichever is later;
2. received on the basis of the consent given for marketing purposes will be processed during the term of this consent;
3. received in connection with the monitoring system will be processed for 14 days of recording and then will be permanently deleted.

Each Guest has the right of access to, right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of the personal data. In addition, each Guest has the right to object to processing. The data is accessible at the Sienkiewiczówka Residence. In addition, you can contact us in issues concerning personal data by e-mail at rodo.zakopane@impolinvest.pl.

Each Guest has the right to lodge a claim to a supervisory authority, i.e. the General Personal Data Protection Officer,
ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

The Hotel does not intend to transfer any personal data outside the EEA.

We need your first name and surname, place of residence and a number of your ID card or passport to enter into the hotel service agreement with you. Without this data, we will not be able to enter into the hotel service agreement.
